Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets using advanced sales techniques and comprehensive product knowledge
- Assess customer needs and provide detailed product information and assistance tailored to their preferences
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular client book engagement to foster lasting loyalty
- Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies while communicating effectively to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Maintain visual merchandising excellence through disciplined display maintenance, stock rotation, and store cleanliness standards
- Participate in inventory management and stocktaking activities
- Ensure consistent high-quality customer service delivery that reflects the Dior brand standard
- Monitor and communicate all current promotions, advertisements, and new product launches to customers
- Attend store meetings and participate in training seminars to maintain professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of retail industry experience (luxury retail preferred)
- Saudi National (required)
