Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through expert application of selling techniques and comprehensive product knowledge
- Identify and anticipate client expectations, execute successful sales transactions, and maximize revenue through strategic cross-selling across all product categories
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent, professional service and arrangement of private appointments
- Regularly update customer relationship management systems (Dior Star) to optimize client engagement and retention initiatives
- Serve as a role model and mentor to junior sales associates, providing coaching, support, and product knowledge sharing to enhance departmental performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation to reflect the brand's luxury positioning
