Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of the Fine Jewelry department in the boutique.
- Manage key sales and client relationships using client books and databases to optimize sales.
- Sell products and contribute to the store's sales growth.
- Manage repair and transfer of pieces within and outside the region.
- Demonstrate effective teamwork and leadership skills within the boutique.
- Assist in coaching and training sales teams on departmental collection training.
- Engage clients and foster loyalty by conveying brand values.
- Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards.
- Ensure the upkeep of the sales space and the store's image.
- Be an instrumental team player in day-to-day shop-floor functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, preferably within the fine jewelry or watches sector, is required.
