Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through advanced sales techniques, product knowledge, and consultative selling approaches
- Assess customer needs and provide comprehensive product information, guidance, and assistance to ensure satisfaction
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through systematic clienteling and regular engagement using client management tools
- Execute focused selling and upselling strategies to maximize transaction value and customer lifetime value
- Maintain rigorous visual merchandising standards, including display aesthetics, stock rotation, inventory accuracy, and boutique cleanliness
- Deliver exceptional service levels consistent with Christian Dior's luxury positioning and brand identity

Qualifications
