Parfums Christian Dior is hiring a Regional Senior Store Planning Project Manager in Dubai to lead flagship store design and retail projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead flagship store projects end-to-end as Project Manager: define scope, manage execution, control budget and deliver handover and post-opening reviews.
- Act as Design Specialist for B and C projects: adapt global concepts to local constraints, produce construction-ready architectural plans and technical documentation.
- Translate creative briefs into compliant, buildable packages, reviewing drawings, materials, finishes and technical solutions to ensure brand consistency and durability.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with HQ architecture, purchasing, visual merchandising, contractors and suppliers to drive project delivery and accountability.
- Conduct site supervision and quality control visits, verify conformity with design intent, prepare reports for HQ and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and KPIs; support budget control and design-to-cost optimisation and provide structured reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations and sustainability objectives while reflecting the Maison’s client experience and operational requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 7 years' professional experience in retail architectural design and store projects, ideally within beauty/cosmetics or luxury retail.
- Proven record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects including flagship store roll-outs.
- Strong technical knowledge of general contracting and boutique construction with demonstrated site supervision capability.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners; readiness to travel regionally.

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in retail architecture or store planning, with demonstrable involvement in flagship and multi-format store projects and on-site execution.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or closely related discipline.
