Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Retail Operations Manager in Paris to lead international retail programs and drive store efficiency and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, plan and deliver international retail operations programs with clear governance, milestones, risk mitigation and KPIs.
- Serve as the primary interface between HQ and regional retail teams, aligning stakeholders across Supply, Finance, Internal Control/Audit, IT/Digital, Clienteling, Dior Academy, Visual Merchandising and Retail.
- Develop and evolve operational standards, global guidelines and scalable toolkits to improve in-store execution and compliance.
- Drive digital enablement initiatives to enhance traceability, operational efficiency and compliance in stores.
- Lead change management and adoption activities: define pilot/roll-out plans, produce training and communication materials, and monitor sustained adoption and benefits.
- Prepare executive reporting, syntheses and performance updates for senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent.
- 7+ years' experience in Retail Operations, Retail Excellence, Store Operations or consulting with significant retail exposure (luxury experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record in complex, cross-functional program and project management; international experience preferred.
- Fluent English required; French proficiency strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated competencies in stakeholder management, structured problem-solving, change management, and KPI-driven performance management.

Experience
Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in retail operations, retail excellence, store operations or consulting with extensive retail exposure; experience delivering complex, cross-functional international programs is strongly preferred.
Education
Master’s degree (Business, Engineering or equivalent).
