Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly analysis of key performance indicators (revenue, sell-through, inventory levels) across European markets, identifying performance drivers and optimization levers
- Consolidate market feedback and requirements from local merchandisers to inform buying strategy and product allocation decisions
- Lead showroom buying processes four times annually, including order placement, KPI tracking, analysis preparation, and store-level allocation in alignment with supply chain and cluster strategies
- Develop and maintain the permanent assortment offering each season, proposes SKU additions and deletions based on market performance and Business Unit guidance
- Serve as primary liaison between central Business Unit, European stakeholders, and retail teams, ensuring consistent information flow and addressing market-specific product needs
- Monitor competitive positioning, market trends, and consumer preferences across the region; provide structured market insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with supply chain, planning, visual merchandising, and training functions to support category execution and retail readiness
- Prepare business review presentations and supporting analytical materials for European performance and strategy sessions
- Foster retail community engagement and recommend impactful communications to support sell-through and brand alignment
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail merchandising within luxury fashion houses
- Fluent English proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and performance tracking tools
- Strong analytical rigor and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated product sensitivity and deep interest in women's leather goods and accessories
- Proven ability to work effectively in multinational, cross-functional environments
