Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategy for visual merchandising across Europe, establishing regional guidelines and frameworks
- Ensure regulatory compliance of local supplier portfolio and conduct social audit evaluations
- Manage vendor relationships including RFP development, contract negotiation, purchase order oversight, and payment processing
- Identify and source new suppliers through industry events, market prospecting, and cross-brand synergies
- Monitor purchase orders, manage aged payables, and establish compliant vendor management protocols aligned with Dior standards
- Track cost savings and efficiency initiatives in coordination with headquarters
- Optimize transport supplier panel through vendor selection, rate negotiation, and contract management
- Assess feasibility and implementation of local warehouse infrastructure for inventory storage and regional distribution
- Monitor commissions and props inventory reporting in collaboration with headquarters ADV coordinator, including warning escalation and priority management
- Manage proprietary stock across boutiques, supplier warehouses, and local distribution centers
- Establish CSR data collection processes with local suppliers for sustainability KPI reporting and Dream in Green initiative compliance
- Collaborate with the European Director of Sustainable Development on visual merchandising guidelines, recycling protocols, and product reuse initiatives
Qualifications
- Procurement and supply chain specialization
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and standard office productivity software
- Fluent English
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Demonstrated rigor and attention to detail
- Experience in luxury goods (preferred but not required)
