Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the PMO team, establishing governance frameworks, methodologies, and toolsets for portfolio-wide execution
- Oversee collection project execution across all functions (Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Production, Logistics), ensuring critical path adherence and milestone delivery
- Define and consolidate collection calendars and strategic project timelines, ensuring feasibility and alignment with production capacity
- Supervise project planning activities including WBS development, Gantt charting, and critical path analysis across multi-project environments
- Monitor project KPIs and RAG status reporting, escalating risks and issues with mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment meetings and executive-level project reviews to maintain transparency on portfolio performance
- Validate project deliverables at key gates (prototypes, samples, production readiness, bulk completion)
- Manage resource allocation across collections and projects, optimizing capacity utilization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on time-to-market efficiency, industrial responsiveness, and execution reliability
- Act as key interface between Industrial Direction, creative leadership, and executive management on strategic initiatives including new product categories and sourcing transformations
- Ensure proper implementation of PLM systems, ERP integration (SAP, Stealth, Centric), and PMO tools and governance processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in luxury fashion or luxury goods
- Proven track record in a senior PMO or project management leadership role within fashion, with responsibility for multi-collection, multi-project portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in project planning tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Primavera, or equivalent)
- Expert-level understanding of the complete fashion product lifecycle from concept through design, development, industrialization, production, and distribution
- Deep knowledge of critical path analysis, capacity planning, resource leveling, and complex multi-project dependency management
- Demonstrated proficiency with PLM systems and ERP platforms (SAP, Stealth, Centric, or equivalent)
- Strong grasp of financial management principles including budgeting, cost tracking, and business case evaluation
- Proven capability in developing and monitoring KPI frameworks and performance dashboards including RAG reporting
- Advanced risk management and mitigation planning expertise
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills at executive and C-level
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative and commercial requirements into feasible industrial strategies

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the luxury fashion industry, with at least 5 years in a senior project management or PMO leadership role overseeing complex, multi-project collection environments with significant cross-functional interdependencies. Proven experience translating creative timelines and commercial objectives into achievable industrial plans within fast-paced luxury fashion contexts.
Education
