Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Product Owner to drive digital transformation projects within its CRM department, aligning business objectives, customer experience, priorities and product delivery. The role is a full-time permanent position based on site in Paris.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage requests in coordination with teams and prioritize initiatives according to budgets and resources.
- Define and deploy the product roadmap in line with the Maison’s strategy.
- Formalize requirements from CRM, marketing, clienteling, e-commerce, retail, data and IT teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders to secure decisions, timelines and deliverable quality.
- Ensure functional consistency and seamless integration of solutions within the existing CRM and digital ecosystem.
- Lead change management, including team preparation, documentation, training, communication and user adoption.
- Identify and resolve risks, anticipate bottlenecks and define action plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school or university.
- Deep understanding of CRM, data and marketing automation.
- Experience in luxury, premium, retail or omnichannel environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong product mindset, business-driven approach and execution focus.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies, backlog management, roadmap planning and delivery.
- Ability to work alongside technical, data and business teams.
- Excellent communication, synthesis and influencing skills.
- Fluent in French and English.

Experience
At least 5 years; 5 to 7+ years in product management, digital project management or CRM transformation.
Education
Master’s degree from a top-tier business school, engineering school or university.
