Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Product Manager, Women's Bags (Lady Dior & Pillars) in Paris – lead collection development and commercialization for Lady Dior.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the development and commercial strategy of Lady Dior and the house’s pillar women’s bag ranges, ensuring assortments reflect the Maison’s artistic vision while delivering commercial performance.
  • Define four annual collection briefs for the Studio: trend direction, market opportunities, strategic orientations and target collection plans.
  • Edit and validate the collection plan collaboratively with Studio and development teams; provide product recommendations and adjustments through to showroom delivery.
  • Construct and maintain the modelario (assortment dashboard) as the primary collection monitoring and buying tool.
  • Define pricing strategy and perform pricing, repricing and margin monitoring in partnership with industrial and finance teams.
  • Supervise product codification, maintain product data quality and control the product master/reference database.
  • Coordinate technical development and quality follow‑up with industrial development and quality teams; validate model and name deposits with Legal.
  • Organise and manage four annual showrooms: prototype management, product shootings with the photo studio and commercial presentations to Retail and Wholesale merchandisers.
  • Drive 360° go‑to‑market coordination: present collections and product strategy to press, digital, VIP/VIC and training teams; manage prototype selection and distribution for shoots and VIP/press requests.
  • Produce post‑showroom synthesis documents (purchase recaps, launch packs) and training materials for store networks; collaborate with Training to develop seller content and selling tools.
  • Conduct ad hoc market and competitive studies, price mapping and deliver insights for senior management.
  • Line‑manage a Junior Product Manager and an intern, providing coaching and operational direction.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a business school or university in Marketing, Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product marketing/product management within luxury fashion, ideally with women's leather goods and handbags.
  • Native or advanced level of French and professional fluency in English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, proactivity and the ability to present product narratives to internal and external audiences.

Experience
