Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with international markets and innovation teams to evaluate franchise potential and strategic challenges
- Propose product launch strategies across short, medium, and long-term horizons aligned with franchise portfolio and house-wide strategy
- Create and design new skincare products in coordination with multifunctional project teams including R&D, sensory experts, packaging creation, development, procurement, and finance
- Develop innovative 360° strategies and concepts with emphasis on activation devices and their effectiveness across media ecosystems, coordinating with Direction Artistique, Digital, Merchandising, Media, CRM, Press, and Events
- Define animation strategies and propose portfolio concepts aligned with annual peak periods and market specificities
- Oversee product catalog management across the entire product lifecycle from conception through market launch to end-of-life management
- Analyze market trends and innovation drivers relevant to skincare categories
- Track and analyze quantified franchise and market performance metrics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Master's level university degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in Marketing Development within luxury sectors, particularly skincare
- Mastery of six core transverse competencies: Creativity and Innovation, Initiative, Exemplary Leadership and People Management, Assertiveness, Strategic Vision, Professional Rigor
- Demonstrated expertise in product development and marketing project management
- Strong analytical capability and business plan development skills
- Proven ability to design and execute 360° marketing plans and activations
- Comprehensive knowledge of media landscape and social networks as activation drivers
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Fluent professional-level English
- Photoshop or creative tools proficiency (preferred)
