Parfums Christian Dior — Neuilly‑sur‑Seine seeks a Senior Product Manager — Skincare to lead product development and 360° activations within Marketing Development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the strategic and operational roadmap for a skincare franchise, including short-, medium- and long-term product and portfolio planning.
  • Lead end-to-end product development in close coordination with cross‑functional project teams (R&D, sensory experts, packaging creation and development, sourcing, production, finance).
  • Conceive and implement 360° marketing activations and launch strategies in collaboration with Creative, Digital, Merchandising, Media, CRM, Press and Events teams.
  • Partner with international markets to assess local potential, needs and commercial opportunities, adapting global strategies to market specificities.
  • Manage the product lifecycle and catalogue: from concept and market introduction to SKU rationalization and end‑of‑life decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor innovation and consumer insights to inform product and activation roadmaps.
  • Establish business plans and performance analyses; track KPIs and recommend corrective actions to maximise franchise growth and brand desirability.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree from a business school, engineering school or Master 2 in Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in Marketing Development within the luxury sector; specific experience in skincare is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated product development and project management capabilities across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building business plans and analysing franchise performance.
  • Fluent professional English (spoken and written); comfortable collaborating with international markets.
  • Proven creativity, initiative, strategic vision, leadership and rigorous professional standards.

Experience
