Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Product Manager — Outerwear & Outdoor Special Projects in Paris. Full-time role overseeing product development and PLM.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end product development for Outerwear and Outdoor Special Projects, ensuring delivery on quality, timing and budget targets.
  • Act as the primary interface with the design studio, manufacturers, material and components development teams to translate creative intent into production-ready garments.
  • Organize and participate in fittings; record detailed fit and construction notes and drive corrective actions.
  • Manage PLM codification, create and update bills of materials and nomenclatures within the PLM system.
  • Oversee fabric and component shipments to manufacturing sites and coordinate logistics with suppliers.
  • Perform price and cost analyses to inform sourcing and commercial decisions.
  • Drive model standardization in collaboration with Production and support budget tracking and reconciliation.
  • Line-manage one product manager and one intern, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in fashion, fashion business, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product development for sportswear/outerwear, ideally within luxury or premium apparel.
  • Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
  • Demonstrated product sensibility for outerwear and ability to propose technical solutions to support design.
  • Proven organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; dynamic, flexible and collaborative team player.

Experience
