Role & Responsibilities
- Manage collection development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget parameters
- Serve as primary interface with external manufacturers, design studio, marketing team, and production departments
- Coordinate model development and refinement within the in-house atelier
- Prepare and facilitate fittings with the design studio, documenting revisions and specifications
- Codify and oversee PLM system updates throughout all development phases
- Manage and monitor collection budgets
- Collaborate with production team on model standardization and handover protocols
- Mentor and manage a junior product manager
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably within fashion or luxury goods
- Bac +4/5 degree from a fashion school or business school
- Proficiency with PLM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent English (essential); Italian language skills preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of tailoring and garment construction
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
