Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Product Manager, Men's Outerwear & Outdoor in Paris to lead outerwear product development and a small product team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development for Dior Men Outerwear and special outdoor projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards and budgetary constraints.
  • Act as the primary interface with the design studio, external manufacturers and materials/components development teams to drive technical execution.
  • Organise and participate in fit sessions and fittings; document outcomes and follow through on technical changes.
  • Maintain and update development tools and PLM records, including codification of models and creation/updating of nomenclatures and specifications.
  • Coordinate shipment of fabrics and components to production sites and oversee supplier follow-up.
  • Conduct price and cost analyses to support margin and sourcing decisions; manage allocated product development budgets.
  • Contribute to garment standardisation in collaboration with the production department to ensure producibility.
  • Line-manage one product manager and supervise an intern; provide coaching and day-to-day leadership.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +4/5) from a recognised fashion or business school, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluent English (required); Italian is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum five years' experience in product development for sportswear/outerwear.
  • Demonstrable product sensitivity and technical understanding of outerwear construction and materials.
  • Proven ability to propose technical solutions in support of creative intent while managing constraints.
  • Highly organised, rigorous, able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines; excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience
