Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Senior Product Manager — Knitwear (Men's) to lead knitwear development, yarn sourcing and PLM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end development of the men's knitwear collection, ensuring adherence to deadlines, model quality and collection budget.
- Serve as primary interface with manufacturers, spinners, the design studio, marketing and production teams to drive samples and validations.
- Research, develop and procure yarns — oversee yarn specifications, testing and supplier selection.
- Prepare for and participate in fittings with the studio; record technical notes and action points to closure.
- Codify products and oversee updates to PLM at every stage of development to guarantee data integrity and traceability.
- Collect cost and production information (PRI) from suppliers and perform cost analysis to inform commercial decisions.
- Monitor and control the collection budget and support model standardisation processes with production for handover.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in knitwear product development.
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a recognised fashion or business school, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent English required; Italian is a plus.
- Proven ability to prioritise, organise and deliver to tight deadlines while maintaining attention to technical detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership presence; effective collaborator within cross-functional teams.

Education
Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Fashion, Textile Technology, Product Development, or Business (or equivalent experience).
