Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop new product concepts, communication strategies, and 360-degree activations aligned with franchise positioning
  • Design and launch product innovations in collaboration with creative studios (Master Perfumer, Packaging Design) and cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging Development, Procurement, Finance)
  • Establish business plans for all innovations with financial rigour and market validation
  • Develop comprehensive franchise animation plans, draft creative briefs, and oversee operationalization of communications toolbox with dedicated teams (Creative Direction, Digital, Merchandising, Media, CRM, Press, Events)
  • Monitor and analyse franchise performance metrics and competitive market dynamics to inform strategic adjustments
  • Conduct ongoing trend analysis and market innovation surveillance across the global fragrance landscape
  • Serve as primary stakeholder contact for assigned franchises with General Management, Brand Direction, and international markets, coordinating daily engagement with internal teams and external service providers

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in Marketing Development within fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury sectors
  • Demonstrated expertise in product development and marketing project management
  • Proven ability to analyse performance data and develop strategic business plans
  • Mastery of 360-degree marketing plan construction and activation deployment
  • Fluent professional-level English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
