Christian Dior Couture seeks a Senior Manager, Regional Operations in Miami to lead boutique operations, training and compliance across the Southeast region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide regional operational oversight to ensure consistency, control and adherence to Dior policies, standards and procedures across the Southeast boutiques.
- Deliver hands‑on coaching and validation through onsite and virtual boutique engagement to reinforce operational standards and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct boutique visits to identify capability gaps and strengthen execution of standard operating practices.
- Serve as regional subject‑matter expert for boutique processes, systems, inventory controls and facilities, and translate centralized initiatives into trainable boutique practices.
- Lead regional adoption of systems and tools through training, readiness planning and partnership with corporate teams.
- Design and deliver operational enablement programs including onboarding, train‑the‑trainer initiatives and continuous learning for boutique leadership and operational roles.
- Diagnose execution gaps, staffing or structural issues and provide operational input for mitigation, hiring and succession planning.
- Provide operational leadership for boutique openings, relocations, renovations and closures, including planning and onsite readiness support.
- Oversee regional expense control and reinforce P&L discipline by educating teams on controls, processes and expected operational behaviours.
- Support audits and compliance reviews, guide remediation efforts and act as escalation point for high‑risk operational issues.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive retail operations experience with regional and/or multi‑store responsibility.
- Proven experience training, coaching and enabling leaders and teams on operational standards, systems and controls.
- Demonstrated ability to translate policies, SOPs and system changes into clear, practical and trainable operating practices.
- Strong diagnostic, communication and interpersonal skills with proven follow‑through and ability to build trusted relationships with field leadership.
- High level of judgment, professionalism and discretion when supporting audits, escalations and sensitive operational matters.
- Ability to work varied hours (including nights, weekends and holidays) and to travel frequently to support regional boutiques.
- Willingness to adhere to and reinforce company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Experience
Minimum 7 years of retail operations experience, including regional or multi‑store leadership with demonstrable success training teams, driving compliance and implementing systems/process changes.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 125,000 to USD 135,000 per annum.
