Parfums Christian Dior (LVMH Beauty) seeks a Senior Manager, Engineering in Cranbury, NJ to lead DC engineering and continuous improvement (Senior Manager, Engineering).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of industrial/operations engineers supporting the Cranbury, NJ distribution center.
  • Plan, prioritise and assign engineering projects and continuous improvement initiatives based on operational needs, ROI, effort and interdependencies.
  • Oversee design and implementation of process changes, system functional tests, and new workflows to improve DC capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy and visibility.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders — DC operations, Beauty Tech (IT), vendors and external partners — to drive project delivery and change management.
  • Manage budgets for capital and improvement projects and develop contingency plans.
  • Review and validate analyses, proposals and engineering deliverables from the team; present conclusions to senior leadership.
  • Propose, standardise and roll out process improvements across the distribution centre to support growth and new customer requirements.
  • Maintain a safe, organised and secure facility and promote a people-first, inclusive culture; provide occasional remote on-call support as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a distribution center, logistics operation, or similar industrial environment, including leadership of people and projects.
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen or equivalent) and deploying operational process changes.
  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems; Manhattan WMS experience preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data management, pivot tables) and demonstrated ability to analyse data and produce actionable reports.
  • Experience managing budgets and producing business cases for capital or improvement projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related engineering/science field preferred.

Experience

At least seven years of progressive experience in distribution centre operations or a comparable industry, including a track record of leading engineering teams, delivering continuous improvement projects, and interfacing with operations, IT and vendors.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related engineering/science field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 160,000 per annum.
