Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee timely and accurate processing of Dior US and Canada invoices in full compliance with Dior/LVMH policies and procedures
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external executives regarding Accounts Payable matters
• Manage vendor master data, ensuring adherence to Dior/LVMH standards in vendor setup and maintenance
• Maintain compliance with all accounting and internal control policies pertaining to payment authorization
• Lead month-end close of Accounts Payable, including reconciliation of all related balance sheet accounts
• Train new business users on systems and platforms related to expense management
• Execute annual year-end tasks, including 1099 compliance and associated reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain monthly key performance indicator reporting for the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team, fostering accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant accounts payable, finance operations, or accounting experience
• At least 4 years of supervisory or management experience
• Proficiency with SAP (required); Coupa experience is a plus
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with internal partners
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently and take ownership

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
