Senior Management Accountant, Communication role at Christian Dior Couture in Paris, France. Manage financial performance of communications activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as financial business partner to the Communications department, establishing collaborative relationships with Communications leadership
- Oversee financial management of communication activities across creation costs (campaigns, content production, events), development costs (innovative projects and communication platforms), and marketing investments (advertising, partnerships, public relations)
- Optimize resource allocation and budgets for communication teams, external agencies, and communication tools in collaboration with Procurement
- Monitor and analyze actual communication spending on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Evaluate financial performance of campaigns, events, and communication projects; propose optimization levers to maximize return on investment
- Coordinate and construct annual budgets and budget revisions for the Communications department, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and allocated resources
- Ensure accuracy and relevance of financial data related to communications for presentation to General Management and Finance Leadership
- Participate in monthly financial close-out procedures and tracking of financial indicators and risk alerts
- Develop annual budgets and budget revisions in coordination with operational teams
- Support continuous process and system improvement initiatives
- Deliver analytical support on key strategic projects and ad hoc studies as requested by Finance Leadership and General Management
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a business school or equivalent institution
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in audit, consulting, and/or management accounting
- Ideally, prior experience in industrial cost accounting or financial controlling
- Professional English proficiency
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Rigorous, organized approach to work with attention to detail

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in audit, consulting, and/or management accounting, preferably with exposure to industrial cost accounting or financial controlling.
Education
Graduate degree from a business school or equivalent higher education institution.
