Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with functional leaders to understand business priorities and develop HR strategies aligned with commercial and organizational goals

  • Serve as trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters; ensure compliance with local labor laws while championing inclusion, diversity, and cultural values

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 3 years as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leadership
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with financial and operational business targets
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance standards
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
