Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives for DSI, Data Factory, Supply Chain, and Customer Service divisions, ensuring strategic orientation matches organizational priorities
  • Serve as HR business partner to senior leadership and operational teams, providing advisory support on workforce engagement, employee relations, and HR policy application
  • Lead all HR processes within the assigned scope: recruitment (both management and non-management levels), onboarding, talent development, performance management, internal mobility, and compensation policies in collaboration with Maison HR specialists
  • Ensure legal compliance with employment law and labor regulations in conjunction with the Personnel Department and Social Affairs Division
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies meeting organizational evolution needs while maintaining balanced talent profiles across seniority, capabilities, expertise, and potential
  • Manage partnerships with external recruitment firms and temporary staffing agencies; identify and propose innovative sourcing methodologies
  • Guarantee comprehensive communication, welcoming, integration, and ongoing support for new employees
  • Develop and monitor individual development plans encompassing training, career progression aspirations, and internal mobility opportunities
  • Participate in all group-wide engagement initiatives and organizational development programs launched by LVMH
  • Cultivate a climate of trust, openness, and engagement; champion change management and reinforce collective commitment
  • Prepare annual budgetary exercises and ensure adherence to approved headcount allocations
  • Conduct annual salary review processes, providing recommendations to HR leadership, Compensation & Benefits, and departmental leadership while respecting budgetary constraints
  • Promote and maintain a respectful, inclusive working environment that advances diversity and equity across all teams
  • Supervise an HR Manager based in Blois and an apprentice based in Paris

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10–12 years' experience as a Senior HR Manager in a demanding, rapidly evolving environment
  • Solid knowledge across all core HR functions: recruitment, training, career management, employment law, and compensation
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, autonomous approach with strong initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Rigorous organizational skills and analytical capability to manage complex situations and make informed decisions
  • Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality
  • Fluent English proficiency (essential)
