Christian Dior Couture seeks Senior Financial Controller for Communications in Paris. Lead financial strategy for communications activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnership with the Communications Director, fostering collaborative relationships on financial matters
  • Analyze and optimize communications-related costs including campaign creation, content production (video, photography), and events
  • Monitor budgets for communications development projects and innovative platform initiatives
  • Evaluate advertising investments, partnerships, and public relations spending
  • Optimize resource allocation across internal teams, external vendors, and communications tools
  • Collaborate with Procurement to identify cost optimization levers and maximize return on investment for communications campaigns and events
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of actual communications expenditures
  • Assess financial performance of communications campaigns, events, and strategic projects
  • Coordinate development and management of Communications budgets and revisions, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and resource allocation
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of financial data related to communications for senior leadership
  • Participate in monthly closings and monitoring of financial indicators
  • Contribute to budget and revision development including stakeholder meetings, analyses, and reporting
  • Support continuous improvement of financial processes and tools
  • Deliver specialized analyses and studies as requested by the Financial and General Directions

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent business school diploma
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in audit, consulting, or financial management
  • Industrial cost accounting experience preferred
  • Professional English fluency
  • Rigorous, organized approach with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
