Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of dual boutique operations, including sales generation, store operations, and client development across the Dior Waikiki and Ala Moana locations
  • Achieve and exceed annual boutique sales goals across all product categories while leading the leadership team to develop Sales Associates in client engagement and individual sales performance
  • Ensure exceptional client experience at all times and conduct regular management touchbases to review performance, operations, employee relations, and overall business strategy
  • Lead staffing and scheduling processes for all associates while managing payroll budgets and partnering with Human Resources on recruitment and hiring of sales and leadership personnel
  • Manage all aspects of the boutique operating budget, including payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to ensure financial targets are met
  • Coordinate events with Corporate Office to drive foot traffic and sales performance, including seasonal promotions, trunk shows, and contests
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge in coordination with the Merchants and Training Team, and oversee visual merchandising to align with brand direction and advertising campaigns
  • Report on product sell-through and client feedback to the Merchandising Team with actionable recommendations for inventory optimization
  • Lead all operational processes including Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Management, and After-Sales Service in partnership with the Operations Manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all established company policies, procedures, and security protocols; supervise store profitability and manage payroll budgets through regular review of operational reports and records
  • Verify accuracy of inventory documentation including receiving, transfers, damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV), and charge-backs to Corporate Office
  • Maintain adequate security measures and ensure physical facilities comply with all safety codes and ordinances
  • Conduct Quarterly Emergency Procedures meetings with staff and provide updated emergency contact information to the HR Department and management team
  • Develop and implement strategies that support service excellence, operational efficiency, and productivity across both boutiques

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of boutique management experience in luxury fashion retail
  • Proven expertise in managing multiple store locations simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry, high-net-worth clientele, and elevated service standards
