Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial and operational activity for the Waikiki and Ala Moana boutiques, driving achievement of annual sales targets across product categories.
- Direct and develop the leadership team and sales associates through coaching, performance management, and structured training to optimise client development and conversion.
- Manage P&L drivers including payroll, commercial expenses and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget and improve profitability.
- Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation to align boutiques with global brand directives and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events, promotions, trunk shows and clienteling initiatives in partnership with corporate teams to increase traffic and revenue.
- Supervise operational processes with the Operations Manager — shipping & receiving, inventory control, after-sales, receiving/transfers, RTVs and charge-backs — to minimise stock loss and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures, security protocols, cash handling and safety standards; conduct regular emergency procedures and security reviews.
- Conduct regular management reviews to analyse performance metrics, client feedback and product sell-through; provide actionable recommendations to merchandising and training teams.
- Partner with Human Resources on recruitment, staffing and employee relations; manage scheduling to meet business needs and payroll targets.
- Represent the boutiques externally, nurturing high-value client relationships and cultivating a culture of exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ boutique management experience, preferably within luxury fashion houses.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop multi-level retail teams and store managers.
- Proven track record managing budgets, payroll and commercial expenses with P&L accountability.
- Deep understanding of luxury clientele, clienteling techniques and high-touch service standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and delegation skills; able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays and to travel as required.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive boutique management experience in luxury fashion, including multi-store oversight, P&L responsibility, team leadership and client development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 160,000 to USD 175,000 per annum.
