Role & Responsibilities
- Design boutique projects (new locations, expansions, renovations, relocations) in alignment with Christian Dior Couture's architectural concept
- Oversee all phases of construction and project execution, ensuring compliance with approved budgets and timelines
- Develop and propose new furniture and architectural elements harmonizing with Dior's design standards
- Coordinate project validation with Zone managers and Architecture leadership prior to General Management presentation
- Monitor architect execution drawings and contractor fabrication drawings to ensure quality and on-time, on-budget delivery
- Manage relationships with local architects, store planners, and construction teams across the East Europe region
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in an architecture firm and/or retail company
- Demonstrated expertise in design and construction management
- Proficiency in project management and construction site supervision
- Advanced written and spoken English proficiency
- Mastery of Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
