Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Senior Architecture Project Manager to lead store design and construction projects (full-time).
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of boutique projects (new openings, expansions, renovations, relocations) in line with the Dior architectural concept and brand standards.
- Develop bespoke furniture and architectural elements that harmonise with the maison’s concept and supervise their technical development.
- Manage approved projects end-to-end: coordinate design development, validate execution drawings, review manufacturers’ fabrication drawings and control quality on site.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet cost and schedule targets and reporting to the Zone Head and Director of Architecture.
- Coordinate with local architects, store planners, contractors and external stakeholders; prepare presentations for the boutiques committee and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with technical, regulatory and brand specifications throughout construction and handover phases.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design with substantial exposure to retail and construction projects.
- Proven experience in design development, construction documentation and on‑site project follow‑up.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules and multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English (essential); strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in architecture or interior architecture, ideally combining agency experience and retail project exposure; hands‑on involvement in design-to-construction cycles and site supervision is required.
Education
Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (professional diploma or equivalent).
