Role & Responsibilities
- Familiarize with Christian Dior Parfums' organizational structure and the Security department's strategic objectives
- Participate in the definition of the department's communication strategy and monitor associated performance indicators
- Develop presentation materials for senior management meetings, executive steering committees, and general information sessions
- Contribute to the dissemination of security-related news and monitor departmental performance metrics
- Design awareness and sensitivity materials on security topics including fraud prevention, confidentiality, social media, anti-corruption, and related risks
- Participate in the establishment and coordination of a community of security representatives across the site
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's security culture deployment roadmap
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bac +4/5 diploma in security management or occupational safety from a university, specialized school, or equivalent program
- Demonstrated interest in industrial environments and security-related challenges
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
