Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of an incident database and corresponding solutions.
- Contribute to regulatory monitoring in safety and security matters.
- Participate in security and safety assessments for the jewelry headquarters.
- Support the implementation of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Engage in the development of emergency and crisis management tools and procedures.
- Assist in the security arrangements for jewelry events.
- Create or update procedures and training materials.
- Review and ensure coherence of internal documents such as presentations and procedures.
- Monitor security services related to jewelry activities including photoshoots and showrooms.
- Oversee budgetary aspects of security services and propose organizational and technical improvements.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a 12-month alternance program with a focus on security or risk management at a Bac+4/5 level.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Education
Enrollment in a Bac+4/5 program in security or risk management.
Workplace
