Christian Dior Couture seeks a Seasonal Sales Assistant in Portofino, Italy — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective use of KPIs.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the stories and details of Dior creations to engage clients.
- Deliver an elevated retail ceremony and best‑in‑class customer experience in person, by phone and via electronic communication.
- Develop and grow a local and international client book; proactively recruit and cultivate top clients through clienteling and database management.
- Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products and drive add‑on sales.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with management, ensuring outcomes that protect both client satisfaction and business interests.
- Support back‑office operations: receive merchandise, perform quality control, update stock records and prepare packaging and deliveries.
- Provide structured product feedback to the team and assist with merchandising and visual presentation when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury boutique sales; proven boutique or retail performance.
- University degree or diploma from a recognised fashion school.
- Advanced English (C1–C2) required; additional languages considered an asset.
- Solid knowledge of luxury product assortments and professional selling techniques.
- Familiarity with digital tools and basic office software (Office 360 mentioned).
- Professional demeanour, strong interpersonal skills and a client‑first attitude.
- Demonstrable ambition to grow within luxury retail, flexibility, and ability to work to objectives in a fast‑paced environment.

Education
