Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
  • Understand and manage daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
  • Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment across all communication channels.
  • Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
  • Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
  • Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
  • University education or a Fashion school degree.
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2), additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
