Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop scaled adaptations of podiums and exhibition stands for points of sale across different formats and geographies.
  • Contribute to the creative concept phase through moodboards, mock-ups and sketches that align with campaign briefs.
  • Design point‑of‑sale display elements (PLV), decorative kits and scenographic components, proposing creative solutions as briefs evolve.
  • Prepare technical documentation and production-ready dossiers for the fabrication of display elements.
  • Coordinate with marketing, design (architecture and rollout) and procurement teams to monitor project progress and present work in stakeholder meetings.
  • Support merchandising setups and intermediate project milestones; contribute to the production of merchandising guidelines and rollout plans for subsidiaries.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a degree in spatial design, product design or architecture (or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational skills, versatility and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable sensitivity to cosmetics, luxury and retail environments.
  • Creative aptitude with the ability to translate concepts into visual materials (moodboards, mock-ups, sketches).
  • Collaborative mindset and capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, fast learning agility and pragmatic problem‑solving orientation.

Experience

Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates; no prior professional experience required beyond academic projects or internships. The role is structured as a six-month internship (as per the job title).

Education

Degree or current enrolment in spatial design, product design, architecture or a related design discipline.
