Role & Responsibilities
- Develop scaled adaptations of podiums, stands and retail scenography across multiple formats and sizes.
- Research and propose creative concepts, producing mood boards, maquettes and sketches to support design directions.
- Contribute to the design of POS elements (displays, decorative kits, scenographic items) and propose creative solutions aligned with briefs.
- Collaborate with marketing, design (architecture/deployment), purchasing and external suppliers; present project progress in cross-functional meetings.
- Support the preparation and staging of merchandising points and intermediate project milestones.
- Produce technical documentation and production-ready specifications for POS elements.
- Contribute to merchandising guideline books and rollout plans prepared for international subsidiaries.
Qualifications
- Degree or ongoing studies in spatial design, product design, interior architecture or architecture.
- Organised, versatile and rigorous work approach with strong attention to detail.
- Passion for cosmetics, luxury and retail environments.
- Demonstrable creativity and a practical aptitude for translating concepts into built solutions.
