Role & Responsibilities

• Define and lead the functional architecture for SAP S/4HANA finance modules, synthesizing complex business requirements and delivering executive-level recommendation papers.
• Contribute to the SAP Core Model product roadmap and strategy for financial modules; coordinate and validate vendor deliverables during roll-outs and deployments.
• Lead and/or participate in design workshops, demos, prototyping, testing and training sessions with business users and IT teams to translate strategic finance objectives into executable solutions.
• Guide development teams to ensure configuration and implementation adhere to product standards and meet financial business requirements, determining when configuration suffices versus custom development.
• Ensure end-to-end integration and consistency of finance processes by collaborating with other functional architects and business analysts across SD, MM and related domains.
• Communicate complex solution designs and strategic recommendations clearly to directors and executive stakeholders; produce concise documentation for decision-making.
• Perform impact analysis of new requirements on the existing application landscape and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support adoption of LVMH LIFE360 Green IT best practices within finance solution implementations and participate in occasional international travel as required.

Qualifications

• Higher education in computer science, engineering, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' professional experience in SAP; demonstrable leadership on large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP FI/CO (general ledger, controlling, asset accounting, treasury management) with solid understanding of SAP SD and MM integration to finance.
• Proven configuration experience, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents and effort estimates.
• Familiarity with global SAP deployment methodologies and post-go-live support models; experience in Retail or Luxury industries is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven capacity to present complex financial solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French.
