The SAP Finance Manager at Christian Dior Couture leads transformation and performance across the SAP Finance domain within a multi-domain SAP ecosystem, including major SAP Retail deployment and SAP Manufacturing implementation programmes. The role combines transformation leadership, business relationship management, operational excellence, team management, and budget oversight; it is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead delivery for the Finance scope across SAP Retail and Manufacturing programmes, ensure adherence to the core model, and contribute to cross-functional governance.
- Co-develop the department's vision and roadmaps with Finance leadership, qualify business needs, and arbitrate priorities.
- Anticipate market developments, upgrades, and SAP innovations to modernize and simplify the Finance information system.
- Ensure service continuity and stability of FI/CO applications, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, and reduction of application debt.
- Manage and develop Product Owners and the team, structure the organization, and foster a product culture.
- Build the department's annual forecast budget and closely monitor actuals against the latest forecast.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience with SAP FI/CO/CO-PA in international environments and integrated SAP landscapes.
- Substantial experience leading Finance domains, managing SAP transformation programmes, delivering projects, and overseeing application maintenance (run).
- Expertise in budget management, including budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis, and in SAP architecture and integration.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Leadership, impact, and ability to influence without direct hierarchical authority.
- Strong Business Relationship Manager (BRM) skills and business-partnering ability.
- Strong cross-functional coordination, strategic vision, execution focus, rigour, and resilience.
- Strong interest in environmental issues related to Green IT, and willingness to learn and implement Green IT best practices.
