As SAP Finance Domain Manager reporting to the Department Manager of Finance & Indirect Procurement Technology, this senior leadership position combines transformation pilot, business relationship management, and operational excellence responsibilities within a complex, multi-domain SAP ecosystem undergoing major retail and manufacturing deployments. The role encompasses program delivery oversight, financial systems roadmap development, enterprise architecture modernization, and team leadership across an international, matrixed environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of Finance scope within SAP Retail and Manufacturing transformation programs, ensuring adherence to core model governance and cross-functional alignment
- Co-develop financial direction and technology roadmaps with finance leadership, qualify business requirements, and arbitrate strategic priorities
- Anticipate market evolution, SAP upgrades, and innovation opportunities to modernize and simplify the financial information systems landscape
- Ensure operational continuity, stability of FI/CO applications, manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance, and drive reduction of technical debt
- Manage and develop Product Owners and team members, establish organizational structure, cultivate product-centric culture, and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Construct annual budget forecasts for the domain and maintain rigorous monitoring of actual performance versus latest forecast projections
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of specialized experience in SAP FI/CO/CO-PA within international, integrated SAP environments
- Proven track record leading finance domain transformations, managing complex SAP program delivery, and operational excellence initiatives
- Deep expertise in budget management, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and SAP architecture integration
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated leadership capability and influence without direct hierarchical authority
- Strong business relationship management orientation and ability to navigate matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Strategic vision combined with operational rigor, execution discipline, and organizational resilience
