Parfums Christian Dior is seeking an SAP Authorizations Intern to join the Delivery Management team within FOCUS (Finance Operations Convergence), an international transformation programme unifying finance and operations processes across the Group’s beauty houses. The six-month internship starts in January 2027, is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, and requires an academic institution internship agreement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining and evolving worldwide roles for projects in the United States and Asia, working with project teams, business process managers, and internal control.
- Identify the Fiori applications and Business Catalogs suited to each business need.
- Coordinate access and authorization topics between business teams, IT teams, and the systems integrator.
- Track tickets end to end, maintain traceability, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Analyze tickets and authorization errors.
- Document authorization processes, including new access, changes, and best practices.
- Recommend process optimization opportunities.
Qualifications
- Seeking a final-year or gap-year internship.
- Currently studying at an engineering or business school, or pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5), specializing in computer science or information systems.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Knowledge of office software, particularly proficiency in Excel.
- Professional written and spoken English in an international environment.
- Rigor, analytical thinking, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with and support varied stakeholders across business, IT, and systems integration.
