Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Quality Assurance team in mapping and formalizing sampling rules by product category (SO, SF, PF), product status and by laboratory (organoleptic, physico‑chemical, microbiology).
  • Ensure business sampling rules are compatible with SAP configuration and workflows.
  • Prepare and deliver data files required for SAP data integration and create data mapping specifications for the project team.
  • Formalize processes and sampling rules for SAP integration and document them for inclusion in the electronic document management system (GED).
  • Produce project documentation for scoping and follow‑up (project tracking, versioning) and participate in cross‑functional working groups with methods, flows and regulatory QA.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to harmonize quality control processes in an industrial environment.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or preparing a Bac+5 (Master’s) level qualification in chemistry, quality control, project management or information systems.
  • Available for an alternance (apprenticeship) starting September 2026 and willing to work on site in Orléans.
  • High attention to detail, methodological working style and strong organisational discipline.
  • Effective collaborator with the ability to work transversally across laboratory and QA teams.
  • Curious, analytical, with solid synthesis skills and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Experience

Entry‑level / beginner. This alternance is designed for a student with limited professional experience; prior internships or academic projects in quality control, laboratory testing or SAP/data integration are an advantage.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bac+5 (Master's) program in chemistry, quality control, project management or information systems.
