Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily staff conduct and ensuring adherence to Dior operational and service standards.
  • Coach and motivate sales advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets; drive execution of daily, weekly and monthly sales activities to meet budget.
  • Deliver exceptional client service through proactive clienteling, follow-up and development of existing and new customers.
  • Handle customer feedback and contribute to resolution of complaints in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain and expand the store’s client base, including stewardship of VIP and repeat clients.
  • Assist the Store Manager with routine administrative tasks and operational coordination.
  • Contribute to team development through on-the-job training, performance feedback and succession support.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree (college diploma) or higher.
  • Minimum three years’ sales management experience within the luxury goods or high-end retail sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven sales aptitude and client-facing presence.
  • Demonstrated ability in data-driven sales monitoring and performance tracking.
  • Proven team leadership, coaching and staff development capabilities.

Experience
