Christian Dior Couture in Shanghai seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead boutique sales, client relations and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in enforcing Dior operational standards and staff conduct to ensure consistent brand presentation and service quality.
- Motivate and coach sales advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets, monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and take corrective actions to meet budget.
- Maintain and develop client relationships through active clienteling, follow-up, and targeted retention activities; identify and cultivate new high-value customers.
- Handle customer communications, record feedback, and assist in resolving customer complaints in accordance with company policy.
- Assist the store manager with daily administrative tasks, staff scheduling, and the professional development and training of the sales team.
Qualifications
- College diploma (associate degree) or higher.
- Minimum three years of sales management experience in the luxury goods sector.
- Proven ability to coach, develop and lead a retail sales team to achieve commercial targets.
- Strong client-facing skills with proven sales ability and service orientation.
- Demonstrated analytical capability and agility in responding to changing business needs.

Experience
At least three years of progressive sales management experience within the luxury retail sector, including direct responsibility for staff supervision, target achievement and client development.
Education
Associate degree (大专) or higher.
