Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Supervisor in Los Cabos, Mexico to lead boutique sales, team development and customer service excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations alongside the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless service and commercial performance.
  • Drive and exceed sales targets while monitoring daily KPIs and conversion rates.
  • Supervise, train, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and foster client loyalty.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling and the allocation of individual sales targets; facilitate regular store meetings to review results and share product knowledge.
  • Implement and execute visual merchandising directives, participate in merchandise presentations and prepare displays.
  • Manage product flow including transfers, damaged goods and supplier returns; verify pricing and participate in inventory counts to minimise shrinkage.
  • Coordinate and support in-store promotional activities and special events (eg. trunk shows), ensuring correct use of promotional materials.
  • Enforce company policies, security protocols and closing procedures; contribute to problem resolution to protect service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Operate point-of-sale and administrative systems as required and perform other duties assigned according to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role within the luxury sector.
  • Demonstrable commercial initiative and creative selling approach with strong fashion sensibility aligned to brand values.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and affinity for fashion and clienteling practices.
  • Capacity to remain active on the sales floor for extended periods according to business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and follow-up skills; proven ability to develop and retain clients.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position within the luxury fashion sector.

Education

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Fashion, Retail Management or related field preferred.
