Christian Dior Couture — Sales Intern (Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking) in Manila. Part-time, on-site role focused on clienteling and luxury retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering a refined, couture-level client experience in boutique interactions.
- Proactively reach out to clients and achieve individual sales targets using expert product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
- Identify clients’ needs, complete transactions, advise across product categories and perform cross-selling to maximise sales potential.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships: arrange private appointments, provide after-sales service and regularly update client records (Be Dior).
- Collaborate closely with the boutique team to meet store objectives and support a high-performance sales culture.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual standards and store image; support back-of-house operations to enhance boutique efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese to converse comfortably with clients.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with client databases.
- Professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills appropriate to luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level (beginner). Suitable for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience; previous retail or internship experience in luxury environments is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines.
