Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning duties.
  • Perform assigned tasks including but not limited to handling deliveries, pricing or labeling products, conducting stock checks, and ensuring attractive product displays.
  • Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, principles, and objectives.
  • Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or above

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation and approachability Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high efficiency Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays

Experience

Previous experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.
