Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and product expertise to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Advise customers on product features and styling; assist clients in locating product information.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards through merchandising, attractive product displays and routine housekeeping.
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, apply price tags/labels and support stock replenishment.
- Perform physical inventory checks and ensure accurate merchandise presentation and availability.
- Ensure adherence to Dior retail procedures, standards and brand objectives throughout the sales process.
- Provide cross‑departmental support as required, including coverage for events, peak periods and departmental requests.
Qualifications
- Associate degree (大专) or higher, or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished client-facing manner.
- Strong service orientation, empathy and ability to build rapport with luxury clientele.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Retail or apparel sales experience is preferred.

No strict minimum; prior retail or apparel sales experience is preferred and will be advantageous for immediate contribution to boutique performance.
Education
Associate degree or higher (大专以上学历).
