Christian Dior Couture seeks a Sales Consultant (Women's Fashion) in Chengdu, Sichuan — full-time entry-level retail role delivering luxury client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service and leverage product knowledge to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Advise customers on product features, styling and care; assist clients in accessing detailed product information.
- Maintain immaculate store presentation: visual merchandising, replenishment, pricing/labeling and attractive product displays.
- Receive and process deliveries, execute stock replenishment and assist with physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure consistent execution of the sales process and adherence to company retail standards, policies and commercial objectives.
- Provide cross-departmental support as required and perform additional duties assigned by store management.
- Work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and some public holidays to cover business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing manner.
- Customer-service orientation, empathy and the ability to build rapport with luxury clientele.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail and high efficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred.
