Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Sales Consultant in Shenzhen (Bao'an District) to deliver luxury client service and maintain boutique standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalized client service to meet customer needs and achieve store sales targets.
- Advise customers on product features and provide accurate product information and recommendations.
- Maintain boutique presentation: replenish stock, execute visual merchandising and ensure overall tidiness and aesthetics.
- Support inbound logistics and store operations including receiving deliveries, price tagging/labeling and participating in stock counts.
- Ensure consistent execution of Dior retail standards, sales processes and brand guidelines during all customer interactions.
- Provide ad hoc support to other departments or tasks as required by store management (e.g., fitting assistance, point-of-sale operations).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong service orientation and natural affinity for client engagement.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment and maintain high work efficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous retail or apparel sales experience preferred; experience in luxury or travel‑retail environments is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent.
