Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers in obtaining product information.
- Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning tasks.
- Perform assigned duties including but not limited to: processing shipments, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and creating visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or higher.
