Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist customers in obtaining product information.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, manage stock, and assist with cleaning tasks.
  • Perform assigned duties including but not limited to: processing shipments, pricing or labeling products, conducting inventory checks, and creating visually appealing merchandise displays.
  • Ensure the execution of sales processes, adhering to the company's retail standards, mission, and objectives.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher.

Skills

Excellent communication and expression skills. Strong service orientation and affability. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and maintain high efficiency. Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Experience

Prior experience in retail or apparel sales is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or higher.
